Long-Time Senate Republican Counsel Steve MacNett To Retire

Steve MacNett, long-time counsel to Senate Republicans, will retire at the end of this week.  He will be replaced by Donna Memmi-Malpezzi who already serves as a staffer for Senate Majority Leader Dominic Pileggi (R-Delaware).  Steve has been with the Senate since 1966 and has often been called the 51st Senator.
