1,000 Pound Butter Sculpture Unveiled At Farm Show

Football is the theme of this year's butter sculpture at the Farm Show in Harrisburg beginning January 8.  Pennsylvania produced 79.1 million pounds of butter in 2009.
Jim Victor from Conshohocken turned 1,000 pounds of butter into a sculpture showing a football player ready to catch a ball from a boy, children on a jungle gym and a farmer distributing milk to them.
Each year the sculpture is sponsored by the Mid-Atlantic Dairy Association and the Pennsylvania Dairy Promotion Program.  Click Here to see sculpture.
