The PA Supreme Court late this afternoon unsealed orders for public review related to statements made by indicted Attorney General Kathleen Kane last week. The orders confirm a Montgomery County judge’s protective order does not prevent her from releasing pornographic emails Kane said where the root of her indictment.
Kane’s attorney said they were pleased by the Court action, adding he hoped the Court would also make other related documents available in connection with Kane’s defense.

The Court said it is presently engaged in a broader review to determine whether additional associated documents lodged in the Prothonotary’s office may now be unsealed.
