The PA Gaming Control Board Monday reported revenue from table games in August increased nearly 11 percent over August 2016 resulting in an increase in overall casino revenue during the month of 2.5 percent.
Slot machine revenue in August was 0.4 percent lower than in August 2016..
August 2017 table games had revenue of $74,269,815 was an increase of 10.92 percent over August of last year when revenue was $66,955,105.
Total tax revenue from table games play during August was $11,955,074 with an average of 1,258 tables in operation statewide on a daily basis.
