Gross revenue from gambling at table games in Pennsylvania casinos continued its strong showing during November 2016 at 7.1 percent higher than November of last year, according to figures released Friday by the PA Gaming Control Board.
The increase marked the 28th time since June 2014 in which table games revenue has shown an increase over the previous year. The only downtick occurred in August 2016.
November’s gross table games revenue was $70,237,664 compared to $65,579,697 in revenue produced by the 12 casinos during November 2015. Total tax revenue from table games play during November was $11,371,419.
An average of 1,216 tables were in operation statewide on a daily basis in November of this year compared to 1,139 in operation last November.
