Poll: 46% Say Kane Should Resign, Wolf Down, Toomey, Medical Marijuana Up

A new Quinnipiac University Poll released Thursday found voters in Pennsylvania disapprove of the job indicted Attorney General Kathleen Kane is doing by 52 to 24 percent and 46 percent believe she should resign from office.
Gov. Tom Wolf has a negative 41 to 44 percent job approval rating, down from a positive 45 to 39 percent rating in August.
In the U.S. Senate race, the same poll found incumbent U.S. Sen. Pat Toomey leads challenger Joe Sestak 49 to 34 percent and Katie McGinty 51 to 31 percent.
U.S. Sen. Bob Casey gets a 45 to 28 percent approval rating, versus a 51 to 27 percent approval rating for Toomey.
Voters support legalizing medical marijuana 90 to 9 percent, but are divided on legalizing personal marijuana use 47 percent in favor and 49 percent opposed.
