Election Results For PA Supreme Court
On the Democratic side, voters chose Superior Court Judge David Wecht, 53, of Indiana Township; Philadelphia Common Pleas Judge Kevin Dougherty, 53; and Superior Court Judge Christine Donohue, 62, of Point Breeze. Each received between 21 and 23 percent of the vote, with 93 percent of districts reporting.
Republican nominees are Superior Court Judge Judith Olson, 57, of Franklin Park; Adams County Common Pleas Judge Michael George, 56; and Commonwealth Court Judge Anne Covey, 55, of Bucks County. Each received between 20 and 23 percent of the vote.
For Superior Court
Judge Alice Beck Dubow beat Allegheny County Judge Robert Colville, who had vowed not to accept any campaign donations, in the race for the Democratic Superior Court nomination.
The Republican candidate-- Northampton County Judge Emil Giordano-- was unopposed for the Superior Court nomination.
For Commonwealth Court
Pittsburgh lawyer Michael Wojcik beat Scranton labor lawyer Todd Eagen for the Democratic Commonwealth Court nomination.
Pittsburgh lawyer Paul Lalley was unopposed for the Republican Commonwealth Court nomination.
