The Senate tonight recessed and announced it will not return to Harrisburg until Monday, September 15.
The House is still in session, but in Republican and Democratic Caucuses. They are expected to vote yet tonight on the Fiscal Code bill-- House Bill 278 (Baker-R-Tioga)-- and tie up other loose ends.
If it was not clear before it is now, Gov. Corbett will get no general pension reform and no liquor privatization, his two priorities.
