Democratic candidate for Governor Tom Wolf reported Tuesday he has more than $7 million on hand raising more than $611,000 through the end of March, although $10 million of the $11.8 million he has raised so far is from his own pocket. He spent nearly $5.3 million on his campaign so far, more than all his Democratic rivals combined.
Rep. Allyson Schwartz has $5.1 million on hand raising $1.5 million so far in 2014 and spent about $1 million so far. State Treasurer Rob McCord reported $3.6 million on hand with $567,000 raised in the first quarter and spent $3 million so far. Katie McGinty has $1.6 million on hand and reported raising $1.1 million in the first quarter and spending $1.2 million.
Incumbent Gov. Tom Corbett reported $5.9 million on hand, raising $1.4 million in the first quarter, He spent nearly $3 million so far.
