A new Public Policy Poll finds 52 percent of voters in PA support Gov. Corbett’s NCAA lawsuit, but only 27 percent approve of his handling of the Sandusky issue overall. On general job performance 38 percent of voters are happy with the job he is doing and 52 percent disapprove. The same poll finds former Gov. Rendell would beat Corbett in a head-to-head matchup 46 to 40 percent. In reaction, Gov. Rendell said, “Absence makes the heart grow fonder.”
