A new Franklin & Marshall poll shows fewer than a third (28 percent) of voters think Gov. Corbett is doing a good or excellent job while almost two thirds (66 percent) say he is doing a fair (40 percent) or poor (26 percent) job.  In a June F&M poll, 38 percent rated his job performance excellent or good and 54 percent rated it fair or poor.
