The State Horse Racing Commission published notice in the March 4 PA Bulletin it has adopted an Order establishing the Multiple Medication Violation Point System.
The Commission said in the next several weeks it will republish the MMV Point System as temporary regulations, but until that occurs the Order offers guidance to officials and participants in the racing industry.
