The Gaming Control Board Monday reported July gross revenue from slot machine play at the 12 casinos was $201,416,899 generating $107,535,711 of tax revenue to the Commonwealth.
That amount was 1.7 percent lower than revenue generated from slot machines in July 2013 when revenue was $204,909,480.
The average number of operating slot machines throughout Pennsylvania at the twelve casinos was 26,400 in July 2014 compared to 26,593 in July 2013.
