House Completes Amendments On Liquor Privatization Bill, Vote Due Thursday

The House late this afternoon completed consideration of amendments to the liquor privatization bill-- House Bill 790 (Turzai-R-Allegheny) after adopting seven amendments to the bill.  Only 11 of the 127 amendments filed for consideration were voted on by the House.  The bill was then referred to the House Appropriations Committee.  The House also added Thursday as a voting session day starting at 11:00 and is scheduled to consider the bill for a final vote.
