Democrats Hold On To Berks County Senate Seat

Former Berks County Democratic Commissioner Judy Schwank won the special election tonight to replace the late Sen. Michael O'Pake (D).
Schwank received 20,124 votes and her Republican opponent Larry Medaglia got 14,794.
