The Department of Health published notice in the January 7 PA Bulletin saying it will have available grower/processor and dispensary permit applications which can be submitted starting February 20 and ending March 20. (formal notice)
The notice also outlines how many permits will be issued statewide and by county.
A second notice published in the January 7 PA Bulletin designed the counties in the seven medical marijuana regions.
The applications will be available on the Growers/Processors and Dispensaries webpages of the PA Medical Marijuana Program webpage.
