Gov. Wolf Friday issued a call for applications to fill a total of 30 vacant Courts of Common Pleas and Magisterial District Judge positions (15 of each) in 22 counties across the state. The deadline for applications is April 15.
The counties with Courts of Common Pleas vacancies include:Allegheny, Berks Bucks Dauphin, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Washington and York.
The counties with Magisterial District Judge positions vacant are: Allegheny, Armstrong, Carbon, Centre, Chester, Cumberland, Dauphin, Greene, Lackawanna, Lancaster, Luzerne, Northampton and Northumberland counties.
