Update: First budget bill sent to Governor-- House Bill 1322 (Kaufer-R-Luzerne) Welfare Code vehicle (Senate Fiscal Note). The full House Monday voted to revert to the Senate-passed version of the bill taking out the amendments made in the Rules Committee Sunday and then concurred in Senate amendments sending the bill to the Governor.
A second budget bill was considered--House Bill 941 (Regan-R-Cumberland) Administrative Code vehicle was amended Sunday by the House Rules Committee to remove language related to ride-sharing, added a section to study the regulation of fantasy sports and other changes. The full House voted Monday to send the amended bill back to the Senate for action with its additional changes. A House Fiscal Note and summary is available.
