Chief Justice Ron Castille told Capitolwire.com there is no rush and less pressure for a decision to finalize Pennsylvania’s Senate districts.  He said there is more pressure on the Court for a decision on local zoning provisions in the Marcellus Shale drilling law.  Castille also said he has not made a decision on running for retention when his term ends in 2013.
