Taking its cue from the House, the Senate Wednesday amended language identical to an amendment the House approved Tuesday and put it into House Bill 1060 (Pyle-R-Armstrong) that was waiting on the Senate Calendar and then passed the bill and sent it back to the House concurrence for an expected concurrence vote Thursday.  Click Here for a detailed summary of the amendment.  Click Here for a spreadsheet on the new funding.
