Corbett Bounce: A Morning Call/Muhlenberg College poll released Monday found Gov. Corbett’s approval rating got a little bounce from Hurricane Sandy.  The Governor had a 37 percent approval this month compared to the late October poll’s 32 percent.  His disapproval rating was down to 38 percent from 41 percent with 25 percent having no opinion.
